Methodologies
The Edna case study outlines the layered methodological approach underpinning Edna’s R&D, including design-led frameworks (Double Diamond to Double Bubble), action research, ethical protocols for handling sensitive data, and participatory methods such as cultural probes, non-invasive interviews, and speculative role-play.
