Smoking Impact: Defining the Problem with Disruptive Innovation Mapping

Smoking does not only impact on the smoker, but has a radiating impact on multiple external factors—many of which crossover and impact one another. To define the issue that is smoking, is to understand who smoke, what, why & when they smoke and how they smoke. Consideration of the internal and external factors that influence the who, what, when, where, how, will help us to create an overall understanding of the issue in order to identify patterns and causes, which in turn, solutions can be brainstormed upon.
